About Us
Propel Earth Initiatives is devoted to recognizing organizations and individuals who are taking real steps to preserve our planet. As our climate warms, our population explodes, and our resources grow ever more scarce, stories focusing upon the environment have become more urgent.
The environment is a very complex subject. We have divided these environmental into seven categories:
- Climate Change: Highlighting stories about people and companies doing their part to reduce CO2 emissions and other forms of air pollution.
- Endangered Animals: Stories about animals and plants under the threat of extinction, and what organizations are doing about this pressing issue.
- Green Companies: Large and small companies making an effort to reduce waste, increase energy efficiency, and spread environmental awareness.>/li>
- Green Leaders: Profiles of outstanding individuals who have proven themselves to be protectors of Mother Nature
- Green Opinions: Op-Ed pieces related to environmental protection, regulation, and methodology. Debating is encouraged!
- Green Products and Services: Things you can buy that help the Earth, including recycled goods, pollution-reducing devices, and manufacturing techniques that reduce waste.
- Green Videos: Videos from the major video sites focusing upon environmental issues, renewable energy, and other ways to improve our world’s biosphere.
Our resources are dwindling, our planet is growing more crowded, and our food supplies are under threat. To time to act is now. We hope you join the people and organizations mentioned on Propel Earth Initiatives in their efforts to spread environmental awareness.
